This exhibition is organized with the assistance of Walker Art Center Minneapolis.
Trisha Brown , choreographer and visual artist, multiplied over the years collaborations with the most innovative artists , including Robert Rauschenberg and Laurie Anderson.

The macLYON presents an exceptional collection of works by Trisha Brown, of the first drawings of recent performances, sound works devices .
For the occasion , Trisha Brown revisits Planes, major work created in 1968 when the dancers move vertically on a wall. The Museum and the Biennale de la Danse present9 Early Works On this occasion , the macLYON and Parc de la Tete d’Or , located opposite the museum .

This exhibition is in collaboration with the Biennale de la Danse, Which takes place from September 9 to October 3, 2010
